"20 is Plenty"
SPJARA's views on an important consultation by the Council

CBC have been undertaking a consultation on a proposal to make far wider use of 20 MPH speed limits in the town, in effect to make it the default speed limit. We were asked to respond to this proposal. Your committee prepared a draft response for SPJARA, and posted it on the web site for members and residents to consider.

As  result of the comments we received, we were able to develop a much improved submission, based on many helpful suggestions.
